These waffles are yum! The cottage cheese went blended super smoothly - adds great flavor and stays hidden. Which is the ultimate goal with kids. Recipes makes 12 -15 waffles.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 Eggs (can sub out for some whites)
  • 16 oz Fat free cottage cheese
  • 2 cups Rolled oats (can use gluten free)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar (optional)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Either blend all the ingredients in a blender or mix by hand
  • Heat up a waffle iron or make pancakes
  • Enjoy!
