Ingredients
- 6 Eggs (can sub out for some whites)
- 16 oz Fat free cottage cheese
- 2 cups Rolled oats (can use gluten free)
- 1 tbsp Sugar (optional)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Either blend all the ingredients in a blender or mix by hand
- Heat up a waffle iron or make pancakes
