Salmon Burgers
Easy to make salmon burgers for dinner. I baked them but you can easily grill them or sear them in a saute pan. They can also be made mini and served as an appetizer

- 1 lb salmon remove the skin
- 1/2 cup celery leaves (removed from a head of celery) or parsley leaves
- 2 cubes frozen parsley or 2 tsp dried or 1/8 cup fresh
- 2 cubes frozen cilantro or 2 tsp dried or 1/8 cup fresh
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp honey
- salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 375 and oil cookie sheet
Rinse salmon, deskin and place in food processor
All all ingredients to processor
Crush for 3 minutes
Scoop onto oiled cookie sheet
Bake for 20-25 min
Serve fresh or refrigerate and serve later
