Tunafish Salad
Buying prepared tuna salad in the stores is full of extra ingredients that isnt neccesary. Making it at home is easy - just dishes to be dealt with. I prepare mine in the food processor because I like the texture of it and it requires less mayo to still retain its moisture.

- 5 cans Tuna in water 5 oz each
- 3 tbsp light mayonaise (can be egg free)
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp pickle juice shhhh - its my secret ingredient
Open and drain the tuna cans of all water. You can put it in a strainer or just push down on the lid.
Put the tuna and scallions in the blender. Crush it until its super fine (or to your desired texture)
Add the mayo, pickle juice and pepper and blend some more
