
Tunafish Salad
Buying prepared tuna salad in the stores is full of extra ingredients that isnt neccesary. Making it at home is easy - just dishes to be dealt with. I prepare mine in the food processor because I like the texture of it and it requires less mayo to still retain its moisture.

- food processor
- cutting board and knife

Ingredients
- 5 cans Tuna in water 5 oz each
- 3 tbsp light mayonaise (can be egg free)
- 1 bunch scallions
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp pickle juice shhhh - its my secret ingredient
Instructions
- Open and drain the tuna cans of all water. You can put it in a strainer or just push down on the lid.
- Put the tuna and scallions in the blender. Crush it until its super fine (or to your desired texture)

- Add the mayo, pickle juice and pepper and blend some more
- Enjoy!
