How to Make a Salad

Salads are fun and easy to make!
 
Just grab whatever veggies are in the house – Or you can meal prep salads without dressing on them for every day of the week.

--- Start with ---

- 1 cup of greens

- Add 2 -1/2 cup servings of the veggies

- And 1 serving of fat

- Add 4 oz of protein

That’s it! Delicious!
